Staff Giving

Staff Giving puts our employees at the center of our impact, letting them choose which nonprofits to support. An internal volunteer committee sets the year’s priority impact areas and nominates organizations for consideration. Each staff member then directs their annual $2,000 Staff Giving fund to the causes they care about most from that list. In March 2024, our team supported 20 organizations across four continents, backing a wide range of programs that fight poverty, protect the environment, and strengthen communities.
