Our active Culture Club helps create a workplace where fun and camaraderie thrive. From team-building events to moments of celebration, the Club plays a big role in shaping an environment where laughter comes easily and people feel encouraged to show up as their authentic selves.
We recognize that great work happens in many places. That’s why we offer a flexible work policy, empowering employees to choose where they work best—whether that’s at home or in our office. We trust our team to use their best judgment and support them in doing so.
Impact starts from within. Every employee receives 40 paid hours annually to volunteer with a nonprofit of their choice. In FY24, our GoVTO initiative led to a total of 899 hours—132% of our goal. We also match employee personal donations, deepening our collective connection to meaningful causes.
