We exist to do good. Our only purpose.

We started as a nonprofit. We now operate as a for profit. Our purpose never changed.

We give a minimum of 25% of our profits.

$23M donated to nonprofits since 2009.

25% of profits support people and the planet.

Against the backdrop of humanity’s accelerating crisis, these numbers may seem insignificant. A drop in an ocean that’s rising, acidifying, dying. Yet it is good to acknowledge the work: $23 million to grassroots organizations fighting on the front lines. Not as salvation. As solidarity with those doing the hardest work in the most difficult places.

The fact is
our planet is dying

Not metaphorically. Literally. We’re extracting resources faster than Earth can regenerate them, poisoning ecosystems, destabilizing climate systems. Wealth concentrates upward while billions lack water, food, shelter. These aren’t separate crises. They’re symptoms of systems built for extraction.

We operate within this
extractive system

And we don’t pretend otherwise. We can’t remove ourselves from these structures, but we can participate differently. We chose compostable materials because they’re less harmful, not because they’re a solution. We redistribute 25% of profits to grassroots organizations because it interrupts extraction, not because it fixes the system. These aren’t answers. They’re attempts.

Our Company

A nonprofit in 2004. A B Corp today. Our DNA unchanged. We produce compostable alternatives to single-use waste, donate a minimum of 25% of profits, and invest in the communities most affected by the systems we’re working to change.

Our Impact

$23 million to grassroots organizations on the front lines of environmental and social
justice. Not as salvation. As solidarity. The numbers don’t fix a rising, acidifying ocean. But the work is real, and the people doing it are fighting in the hardest places.

Our Products

We sell compostable food service packaging to fuel change, not to conform. Not because compostables solve the crisis, but because they’re less harmful than the alternative. We’ve developed alternatives the industry ignored: unbleached molded fiber, FSC paper cups, bamboo products, Leaf Plus to replace PFAS.
