Staff Giving

Staff Giving places decision-making power with our employees, recognizing that values are not abstract. An internal volunteer committee identifies priority impact areas and nominates organizations for support. Every employee of World Centric is allocated $2000 of annual profits to then vote with their dollars for the organization(s) that resonate the most with them.
