Our Products

Our packaging is made from plant-based materials including sugarcane bagasse, bamboo fiber, compostable PLA, and FSC-certified paper. In commercial composting environments, these materials break down within three to six months, returning nutrients to the soil. Lifecycle assessments on manufacturing show they require less energy and water and generate fewer emissions than petroleum-based plastics. We track resource use, emissions, and waste through product eco-profiles to maintain accountability and fulfill that purpose.

Plant Fiber

Our molded fiber products use sugarcane bagasse, the fibrous residue after juice extraction. Each ton of sugarcane yields roughly 25% bagasse. Rather than letting it decompose or burn, we repurpose it into compostable packaging.

FSC® Certified Bamboo – Cutlery and NoTree Paper

NoTree® bamboo products use FSC® certified bamboo fiber. By using bamboo-based paper, we reduce pressure on disappearing forests and support the Indigenous communities and wildlife whose survival depends on them.

FSC® Certified Paper

Post-consumer waste (PCW) recycled paper reduces demand for virgin wood fiber, helping protect old-growth forests while increasing demand for recycled materials within a system where true circularity remains distant.

Bioployer

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a bioplastic derived from plant sugars. Through fermentation, sugars convert to lactic acid, then transform into polymers. PLA production generates 75% fewer greenhouse gases compared to petroleum-based plastics.

PLA

Our PLA products use bio-based plastic derived from plant sugars through fermentation of renewable crops like corn, tapioca, or sugarcane. We use PLA for cold food and beverage packaging, producing 75% fewer greenhouse gases than traditional petroleum-based plastics.

TPLA

Our TPLA products combine 70% plant-based PLA with 30% talc minerals for increased strength and heat resistance. We use TPLA for cutlery and ZeroWare® reusable plates, bowls, and cups suitable for hot and cold foods.

CPLA

Our CPLA products use plant-based plastic crystallized for heat resistance up to 200°F. We use CPLA for hot cup and bowl lids designed for high-temperature foodservice applications without petroleum-based materials.

PBAT

Our PBAT products blend biodegradable synthetic plastic with corn starch for strength and flexibility. We use this material for compostable bags that break down in 2–3 months at industrial facilities, with a 12-month shelf life.

Conventional plastics persist for 500+ years.

Our materials biodegrade within 180 days.

The fact is: plant-based materials will never perform identically to highly engineered petroleum plastics developed and refined over more than a century with massive capital investment. We are still in the innovation phase of biopolymers. The fossil fuel industry had a century-long head start and orders of magnitude more funding to perfect their materials science. Petroleum-based packaging fragments into microplastics that contaminate ecosystems and enter food chains. Our materials return to biological cycles rather than fragmenting into persistent pollutants. This trade-off defines our work.

100% of our Products are Certified Compostable

Without verification, composting claims cannot be trusted by facilities or consumers, increasing contamination and risking system failure. Certifications from organizations like NSF confirm products perform under real composting conditions.
